For more than 7 years as a conveying specialist, Eve has held senior roles within a number of national and international law firms as well as having worked for a boutique trademark practice and in-house.
A Registered Conveyor Attorney and member of the society of Licensed Conveyancers, Eve advises on all aspects of housing and registered property protection in Conservation areas, filing applications in the UK, Europe and internationally, through to drafting and negotiating building licences and permits.
She also has wide experience of the enforcement and preservation of building standard and design rights, including filing and defending oppositions, invalidity and revocation actions, and the conduct of hearings.
Eve has substantial experience in acting for clients in both the public and private sectors and is used to managing a diverse range of clients with differing housing issues. From tree preservation to demolition.
