The Land Registry Office has moved online; however, occasionally, we come across some property that has not been registered on the new system. Unregistered property could cause problems in the future if not resolved. HM Land Registry aims to deliver a modern service that is quick and reliable; they receive 100,000 service requests per day.  90%  of searches that HM Land registry deals with are critical to the property market, underpinning £7 trillion in property assets in the UK, with over 26 million title deeds to track the task is enormous. Occasionally, we find a property that has not been entered or is not correct.
